Renovating a common clubhouse and 6 separate buildings of a student complex allowed O’Kelly Kasprak to bring a hospitality edge to student life at Western Michigan University. Adding a coffee bar and game table to the clubhouse, amping up the pool area and reimagining the meeting spaces brought the energy back to school. The student apartments were all a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom layouts that received a cosmetic overhaul, a total of over 200 units completed on an express schedule and ready for fall semester.
