Hospitality
O’Kelly Kasprak’s acclaimed design solutions inspire, amuse and engage guests. To us, great hospitality spaces not only have a strong initial impact but encourage discovery. Great design allows for the story of a space to continually unfold with each and every visit. OKK embraces the dual challenge of hospitality design: to put on a memorable show for the guest and to make the performance feasible and efficient behind the scenes.
The Woodall
O’Kelly Kasprak worked closely with Chef John Metz and the team best known for Marlow’s Tavern to launch The Woodall, a modern yet nostalgic neighborhood tavern in Atlanta, GA. The design highlights include a custom mural by Thomas Turner, stunning back bar that connects the exterior and interior, and a variety of seating types offering different dining experiences. The design team worked hard to take full advantage of outdoor spaces, blending the exterior and interior. The exquisite menu of the Woodall features uniquely crafted cocktails and a modern take on steak and seafood.

Hotel Monaco
In collaboration with The Gettys Group, The OKK design team was excited to tackle Kimpton’s Hotel Monaco Chicago guestroom renovation. This design drew inspiration from the bright vibrancy of the City of Chicago and the Great Lake that lies beyond. Utilizing a crisp color palette of cool blues, whites, and greys in contrast with dramatic pops of color and unconventional furniture, the result is a tranquil and elegant design that provides upscale function as well as a surprise within each room.
Hilton Chicago
Oak Brook Hills Resort
Spearheading the renovation of The Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center, OKK drew inspiration from the golden age of leisure, the mid-20th century. The resort was transformed from a dark, dated and dysfunctional space to a beautiful,
timeless light and airy environment with a feel of casual elegance. The result culminated in a guest experience that has an air of luxury, impeccable service, and sport.

Fisk & Co.
The renovation of the restaurant at Kimpton’s Hotel Monaco in Chicago provided O’Kelly Kasprak with an incredible opportunity to collaborate with OZ design. The combined design team developed a concept that blends the vibe of Belgium’s lively bistros with the spirit of Chicago’s historic restaurant industry. Drawing from the mussel and beer-focused menu, the team created a modern industrial space that puts a unique spin on nautical design.

Cuna Mutual Amenities
The expansion of the Cuna Mutual headquarters included a new masterplan of the campus with modern buildings to serve as amenities to the Cuna population. OKK collaborated with master planning architect EUA to bring a modern slant to the food service aspect of the new development in building 5810. OKK Created a food hall experience to serve the workforce, with modern food stations bringing all types of cuisine on a daily basis. In addition, OKK designed significant back of house kitchen elements, enabling the operational team to cater events of any scale.

Marathon Oil Tower Amentities
The initial goal of this project was to update the amenity experience for tenants of the familiar Marathon Oil Tower in Uptown Houston. In collaboration with base building architect Page, OKK focused on the hospitality spaces modernizing the overall experience for the guest. In addition to updated finishes, furniture, and décor, the layout and food service operation were also re-conceptualized into a food hall experience. The result was a revitalized icon of Houston’s Uptown.
