The expansion of the CUNA Mutual Headquarters included a new masterplan of the campus with modern buildings to serve as amenities to the CUNA population.  OKK collaborated with master planning architect EUA to bring a modern slant to the food service aspect of the new development in building 5810.  OKK Created a food hall experience to serve the workforce, with modern food stations bringing all types of cuisine on a daily basis. In addition, OKK designed significant back-of-house kitchen elements, enabling the operational team to cater events of any scale.
