The initial goal of this project was to update the amenity experience for tenants of the familiar Marathon Oil Tower in Uptown Houston.  In collaboration with base building architect Page, OKK focused on the hospitality spaces and modernizing the overall experience for the guest.  In addition to updated finishes, furniture, and décor, the layout and food service operation were also re-conceptualized into a food hall experience.  The result was a revitalized icon of Houston’s Uptown.
