O’Kelly Kasprak partnered with Hilton to refresh the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown Riverwalk, bringing new life to this centrally located property while aligning with updated brand standards. Our team led the interior design updates throughout the public spaces and guest rooms, emphasizing comfort, modernity, and cohesion.

The scope of work included a comprehensive renovation of the lobby, restaurant, lounge, corridors, and guestrooms. We updated the interiors with new wall finishes, custom artwork, updated carpeting, and refreshed lighting - adapting it to the urban Chicago location. Public areas received new and reupholstered furniture, modernized dining areas, and a refined front desk design. In the guestrooms, we introduced upgraded window treatments, new wallcoverings, flooring, artwork, and furniture touch-ups to create a clean, inviting atmosphere.

The renovation also brought enhanced wayfinding and signage, and an updated retail experience with “The Shop.” Every space was approached with attention to functionality and Hilton’s guest-focused design standards - delivering a polished, welcoming environment for travelers in the heart of Chicago.
