| Oversees design teams across multiple projects Responsible for managing projects through multiple phases of design Responsible for mentoring less experienced staff Should be knowledgeable and proficient in the following tasks: Reviewing documents for quality control and adherence to program requirements Planning/Cartooning a construction documents set Resolving internal conflict through communication Tracking project schedule/hours
Would meet with principals weekly on projects Would meet with design team daily or bi-weekly to review progress May complete some production deliverables
