The O’Kelly Kasprak design team was tasked with the renovation of two new restaurants at 70 W Madison in downtown Chicago. One designed for an intimate dining experience with a fully stocked bar, open seating, and private dining rooms. The other provides a quality quick-service cafe. Keeping in mind the variety of functions each space will serve, the design team created one overarching aesthetic that provided a dramatic and memorable experience driven by the
chef’s culinary vision.
