OKK collaborated with Hilton to convert this prior Radisson Hotel to a DoubleTree by Hilton. To properly convert the hotel to the DoubleTree by Hilton brand, special attention to detail was acquired throughout the process. The extensive renovation included public spaces, guestrooms and select exterior elements.
O’Kelly Kasprak brings a touch of hospitality to the National Instruments Austin Campus. OKK translated the new modern aesthetic to the food and beverage spaces. The result was a modern, fun, and Austin-inspired oasis that takes full advantage of both the exterior and interior spaces. OKK implemented new technology to support self-order stations and worked with the Eurest culinary team to enhance the foodservice experience.
O’Kelly Kasprak is thrilled to be spearheading a $40M, multi-phase food service renovation including 24 restaurants, several temporary concessions, a food court, and an off-site commissary kitchen. The complexity of the project includes obtaining the approvals of the City of Chicago, the FAA, and the tenant for each aspect of the project. Public Safety, MEP coordination, and coordination with the Airport itself are especially intense aspects of this project.
