Corporate

O’Kelly Kasprak strives to bring a hospitality perspective to places of work. Offices, conference spaces, break-out spaces, and communal dining areas together form an employee's work environment. OKK works with companies to translate their brand and cultivate their culture through the design of these spaces, achieving the intended purpose in a flexible manner.

Cuna Mutual Amenities

The expansion of the Cuna Mutual headquarters included a new masterplan of the campus with modern buildings to serve as amenities to the Cuna population.  OKK collaborated with master planning architect EUA to bring a modern slant to the food service aspect of the new development in building 5810.  OKK Created a food hall experience to serve the workforce, with modern food stations bringing all types of cuisine on a daily basis. In addition, OKK designed significant back of house kitchen elements, enabling the operational team to cater events of any scale.

Marathon Oil Tower Amenities

The initial goal of this project was to update the amenity experience for tenants of the familiar Marathon Oil Tower in Uptown Houston.  In collaboration with base building architect Page, OKK focused on the hospitality spaces modernizing the overall experience for the guest.  In addition to updated finishes, furniture, and décor, the layout and food service operation were also re-conceptualized into a food hall experience.  The result was a revitalized icon of Houston’s Uptown.

National Instruments

O’Kelly Kasprak was thrilled to bring a touch of hospitality to the National Instruments Austin Campus. Working alongside STG Design Group, who set the design tone for the campus architecturally, OKK translated the new modern aesthetic to the food and beverage spaces. The result was a modern, fun, and Austin inspired oasis that takes full advantage of both the exterior and interior spaces. OKK implemented new technology to support self-order stations and worked with the Eurest culinary team to enhance the food service experience.

Cresa Chicago Campus

Inspired by Chicago’s collaborative urban context, this concept transforms a classic office environment into a casually sophisticated hub that is at once flexible and functional, inspirational, and engaging. Using rich contemporary finishes and furnishings, the collaborative lounge area provides an oasis where staff and clients can create new connections outside of the typical workspace.
